Arm Puncher

That's me, an original arm puncher! What? You don't know what I'm talking about? Maybe I am the only one still on Earth who does this. Let me explain. An arm puncher is someone who when they are having a conversation with someone else automatically punches them in the arm while they are talking.

For example, If I am talking to someone and they say something funny, usually I hit them in their arm that I am closest to. Not a mean hit but a "oh that's funny" kinda hit. I always hit an arm when someone tells me something I didn't know or don't believe and usually I follow it with saying "nuh uh!" I also hit someones arm when I am telling them something good, and follow it with a "guess what!"

Also, if I am sitting down talking to someone and one of the above conversations is happening I will automatically hit them in the leg.

Is there a medical term for this condition, lol.
I should clarify that it's not really a punch, it's in between a punch and a jab with my knuckles. It doesn't hurt but it usually catches the person off guard. Although, my family is used to it (I think) they have never told me to stop. The boys don't quite understand it and they look at me weird but hey they too will get used to it.
Do you know anybody like that? I'm not knocking people over but it's just an automatic reaction I have. Oh well, I kinda like it : )

As an update to this post I recently was at Wal-mart in the bakery looking for an Angry Bird themed cake when the cake decorator was telling me how good she was at free handing. She was showing me some of her recent work on her cell phone. Well one cake she did was Ah-mazing! It was a Laker emblem and it was perfect. When I saw it I automatically punched her in the arm! When I realized what I had done I quickly apologized but still told her how awesome her cake decorating skills were. Yes, she looked at me funny but smiled and showed me more pictures. Of course I asked her to decorate the perfect Angry Bird cake and she was happy to do so. Did I feel awkward after I left? Yep! Did I immediately tell my sister what I did? You betcha!
