It Just Makes a Difference!

Yesterday I was telling Jackson that we were going to make his teacher at school a present because tomorrow was her birthday. He quickly told me he knew it was her birthday already and the class had already made her a big surprise. Interested in what they made her I asked him. This is what our conversation was. Me, "Well what did you make her?" Jackson, " We took some erasers off the top of the pencils and glued them on top of one another." Me, "Well, what did that make?" Jackson very sarcastically, "It just made a difference mom, that's what it made!" This kid cracks me up! I still don't know what they made the teacher. I guess I will have to email one of the other moms and see.

Update: I saw a fellow class mom, my friend Lori, and asked her what the kids had made. You will have to imagine it until I can get a picture. She said they took the erasers off of the pencils and glued curled pipe cleaners to the ends. They also added some candy and this made a bouquet of curled pipe cleaner pencils. I saw it and thought it was really cute. So Jackson had explained it right after all, lol.

I love it. You'll have to let us know what it was!
